ecoLife® Organic Quick Cook Brown Rice and Pinto Bean Burger
  1. Combine rice and water in a small pot with a tight fitting lid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine onion, garlic, corn, spices, egg, breadcrumbs, and cooked rice. Mash together with a fork. Form patties to your desired thickness and size.
  3. In a small to medium sauté pan, cook the patties 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
