Jasmine Rice Salad with Feta Tomatoes, Dill, and Parsley

Instructions
  1. Once rice is cooked spread on a baking sheet to cool.
  2. In a bowl add rice, halved tomatoes, herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Toss gently to combine. Add feta last and toss gently once more.
  3. Note: You an alter this salad by adding chopped cucumbers or adding more chopped herbs
